When you get on the phone with one of our volunteers, we will ask for some basic personal information, how far along you are, when your appointment is, what price were you quoted, and how much, if anything, can you contribute to your procedure.
We require appointments to be made before we can confirm funding, but if you need help with the process of making an appointment, we are happy to assist.
