Our helpline is available for Granite Staters who need financial assistance accessing gender-affirming care, gender-affirming garments, transportation support (on the Seacoast and Greater Concord area) and other resource coordination. If you’d prefer, you can also make these requests through the support request form below.
Leave us a message with your name, number, if it’s okay to leave you a message, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. When you get on the phone with our LGBTQ+ Support Director, we will ask for some basic personal information, what type of support you are looking for, and some information on your need for financial assistance if you are requesting it.

Currently, the fund provides financial support for gender-affirming care appointments, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and Labwork. We do not currently have the budget to fund gender-affirming surgeries, laser hair removal, or electrolysis. However, feel free to request recommendations for these or any other services using our form or help line so we can connect you with affirming providers. Our capacity to fund these services may be subject to change.

If you are need of this type of support, but are feeling nervous because you know someone involved in our organization, we are here for you too. We have special protocols in place for respecting the privacy of patients we may know, and you may request to speak/not speak to a particular staff member or volunteer.
