The upcoming election on Tuesday, November 8th is critical for abortion access in New Hampshire. Pledge to Vote for pro-abortion candidates to protect reproductive access in our state.
Abortion is legal in New Hampshire, but a 5 member Executive Council is responsible for allocating state funding, and they decide whether or not the state will fund abortion clinics. Which means these 5 people alone can decide to restrict abortion without going through the legislature. This year, they voted to defund state clinics that provide many critical services (STI testing, contraception, etc.) in addition to abortion care.
